Fastfood Meditation by Gromyko Padilla Semper, 3licht, and Hèctor Pineas “Fast food Meditation appearing as a drug induced God before the premature ejaculation of my sins” The quote is an interesting play on Comte de Lautréamont’s famous line from Les Chants de Maldoror: “beautiful as the chance meeting on a dissecting-table of a sewing-machine and an umbrella!” which became a credo for the surrealists. There is also a reference to Francis Bacon’s super famous Study after Velázquez’s Portrait of Pope Innocent X on the left side. I highly recommend clicking here to see it large. It’s a rather dense work but the more I look at it, the more I can see.
