because we all need to dream a little
Sunday Dalí: Santiago El Grande, 1957. Oil on canvas, 4 x 3 meters. Art Gallery of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Collection of Lord Beaverbrook.

This is from one of the most productive periods of Dalí’s life. We can see his transition into the atomic spirituality phase of his paintings.

UPDATE: The amazing David Krauser has finished the new design for onesurrealistaday.com, which is now live.

I love it. It’s clean, responsive, and keeps the focus on the art. Which is exactly what I told David was necessary when we started the project.

In addition to his abundant skills, David was extremely professional and responsive to every one of my nit-picky changes. He didn’t get mad when I tested the site on my iPad and wrote him a list of this that were wrong, only to see that they were fine. Hell, maybe I’ll hire him to make a mobile version! He’s that good. If you are in the market for a designer who is fast, talented, visionary, and professional in every way, then David is your man.
